Today we had a very Tradgic event happen in Soldotna Hospital. A man that had been fired on tuesday walked into the Hospital with intent to kill. He killed one person and seriously injured another, and shot at others. Processing Roadkill Moose

A brief overview of cutting up a roadkill moose, after you get it home. This moose was hit by a car and it broke the windshield and rear window. I believe the car was totaled. We recovered close to 100#s of edible meat from this very small calf moose.
