Here is the 2008 version of Where in Iowa is Jeff? From February to November, I logged 9,850 miles and collected 300 dancing clips. Between the 2007 and 2008 videos, I visited all 99 Iowa counties and drove somewhere between 15,000 and 18,000 miles. Since last year focused on the top-tier Iowa spots, this years video visits more obscure Iowa places and enabled me to interact more with Iowans along the way. This video was created by Lou's grandaughter, Lisa Cairo. Lou donated the airplane to the Poplar Grove Vintage Wings and Wheels Museum on Sunday. October 26, 2008 where it wil compliment the originial serial number 1 Corbin Ace in the Museum's collection. At 84 years of age Lou Seno, Sr. has had quite a productive and blessed life. Lou has had a near lifelong fascination with aviation. When other kids were out on the sandlot, he said, I was building model airplanes. Born in June of 1924 in Chicago, he began his studies in aeronautical engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology here in Chicago. Lou was drafted into the air force before he could finish his degree, and was Crew chief on a B-24 bomber. He spent 19 months in India-China Burma India theater of operation as part of the 412th Air Service Squadron. After the war in 1946, instead of returning to college, he joined the family business of Seno and Sons, Inc. a formal wear rental firm run by his father. Lou ran the formal wear portion of the company and held title of president from the time of his fathers death in 1956 until the company was sold in 1977. He began flying in 1948. Lou and his son Lou, Jr. attended the EAAs first fly in 1955. This further excited his long dream of building his own aircraft and by 1958 he was building his Baby Ace. In my mind, it was just a full-blown model airplane, he said. In 1968 he built a home in Brookeridge, an unusual subdivision built around an airfield in Downers Grove, IL. From then on his plane, an updated version of the 1923 model Corben Baby Ace was almost at his back door. Lou and his lovely wife Ida have been married 60 years and they have 4 children, Lou, Jr., Lucia, Ginny & Sal. Lou Seno has been an EAA member since January of 1955 with the low number of 1472, which is on his automobile license plate. He is a member of the Century Club and is thus a lifetime member of the EAA. He has also been a member of the AOPA, Cross and Cockade, OX5 club, Blakesburg Antique Airplane Association and was president for 8 of the first formative years of the Brookeridge Aero Association in Downers Grove, Illinois.

http://www.CentralMovieNetwork.com/tmd.htm Choke (film) Choke is an upcoming black comedy film directed by Clark Gregg and adapted by Gregg from the 2001 novel Choke by Chuck Palahniuk. The film stars Sam Rockwell and Anjelica Huston. Production took place in New Jersey in 2007. It premiered at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival and was purchased by Fox Searchlight Pictures for distribution. The film is scheduled to be released on September 26, 2008. Choke Premise In Choke, Victor Mancini (Rockwell) is a sex addict who works as a reenactor of Colonial Times. To support his hospitalized mother (Huston), Victor cons others by intentionally choking at restaurants to get money from his rescuers. Choke Production Choke Writing In April 2001, following the video and DVD success of the film adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk's book Fight Club, the author sold feature film rights to his then-unpublished book Choke to Bandeira Entertainment under producer Beau Flynn. Flynn optioned Choke on the request of actor Clark Gregg, who had received the book as a writing assignment and became fascinated with Choke's unflinching way of dealing with "the difficult topics of childhood trauma and sexual compulsion in a way that was both painful and hysterically funny". Gregg worked on the book for five years, trying to adapt it faithfully. He decided to write his personal version of the story, believing that it would be one that Chuck Palahniuk would oppose. To Gregg's surprise, the author liked and supported the departures made in Gregg's version. Gregg described the difficulty of writing the script: "It's a tricky adaptation because like a lot of Chuck's work, it operates in a heightened satirical, dark world, yet this one is one of his black romantic comedies, so getting the tone right took me some time." Choke Filming Clark Gregg was attached to film Choke in his directorial debut. Production was originally slated for 2006, but Gregg was temporarily occupied with a key role on the TV comedy series The New Adventures of Old Christine. By July 2007, Gregg cast actor Sam Rockwell in the lead role, as well as supporting cast members. Production began in the same month in New Jersey. Filming lasted 25 days with a budget of $3.4 million. A major filming location for Choke was the defunct Essex County Psychiatric Hospital in Cedar Grove. The hospital was considered a critical location by filmmakers, who believed that production would not have taken off without the discovered hospital, due to the project's minimal budget. As opposed to dark comedies that had a sustained tone, Gregg found Choke to be more tonally complex, and that it would veer between "extremely dramatic moments" and "absurdly silly ones". The director sought to find a way to combine the two elements, drawing inspiration from the Hal Ashby films Harold and Maude (1971) and Being There (1979) and contemporary films like Secretary (2002) and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004). In addition, the limited budget forced the director to consider economical measures throughout production. Choke Music The song "Reckoner" from Radiohead's In Rainbows will be used to play over the film's final credits. Chuck Palahniuk has revealed Radiohead have written brand new music for the soundtrack to the new movie adaptation of his book "Choke". Choke Cast Sam Rockwell as Victor Mancini, a sex addict who cons people in order to fund the care of his hospitalized mother. Clark Gregg had acted with Rockwell in a play, and the director believed that Rockwell would switch effortlessly between the dramatic and comedic moments in the film. Anjelica Huston as Ida Mancini, Victor's mother. Kelly Macdonald as Paige Marshall, a doctor at the hospital where Ida Mancini is staying Brad William Henke as Denny, Victor's best friend and roommate. Gillian Jacobs as Beth / Cherry Daquiri, a stripper who falls for Denny. Choke Release Choke premiered at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival on January 21, 2008, where it won a Special Jury Prize for a dramatic work by an ensemble cast. Having been positively received in its screening, the film was purchased for $5 million by Fox Searchlight Pictures for distribution. Choke was also the closing film for the 10th Provincetown International Film Festival in Provincetown, Massachusetts on June 22, 2008. The film was originally scheduled for a commercial release on August 1, 2008, but it has been postponed to September 26, 2008. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choke_(film)

Purpose. That is the lesson learned from February the 10th. That with a worthy purpose, disparate groups can be joined. That with righteous cause, actions can be taken. We are Anonymous. On the 10th of February, you saw us with your own eyes. Did you see what you expected? Hate mongering? Violence? Bigotry? No, yet you saw so much more. You saw excitement, energy, hope, joy. You saw kindness, politeness. You saw freedom of expression, of thought, of choice. You saw a group willing to obey the law, to be peaceful. And yet you call us terrorists, perhaps the most vile epithet one can utter in these days. True, we cannot speak for all of our members, Anonymous simply are. We lack formal structure or driving force, beyond simple outrage at your inhumane actions, and as such it is quite impossible for any one of us to truly control the faceless beast. Indeed, before your crimes became so abhorrent to us, Anonymous might very well have been the 'Cyber-Terrorists' you claim us to be. Yet now we have Purpose. Still, perhaps you are correct. If one were to stretch the idea to its very limits, a terrorist is one who causes terror. And you are afraid. Not of us. For all the pride of being Anonymous, our physical presence on February the Tenth did not frighten you. True you hid in your churches, avoided confrontation, actions quite unlike you. Yet we do not believe for a moment that Ten-Thousand souls shouting would truly frighten you. The number is a mere pittance compared to your own vast membership. No, it is not we who frighten you. Not yet. You are terrified of Lisa McPherson. You are scared of Paulette Cooper. You fear Operation Freakout, and Operation Snow White. You panic at the Lies of L. Ron Hubbard. You shake at the mention of Ida Camburn, Nancy Graham, John Bucanin, Susan Meister, Stacy Grove Mayer, Noah Lottic and so many more. No, you fear your history. Your crimes. Anonymous need not say a word against you, need not forge evidence as you have, compose lies as you do. We need only read the lists of your victims. The stories of your past. We will be there when you falter. We will tell the stories far and wide. We will support your victims as they escape. We will save the pillar that keeps the corrupt body of the Church of Scientology afloat. We will save the lives that you exploit. You cannot stop us. We will grow, We will protest, you will lose We are Anonymous We are legion. We are one. We do not forget. We do not forgive. Beware the Ides of March Expect us.

Deputy Randy Petersen was injured after Kody Krager crashed his motorcycle head on into his squad car following a pursuit initiated by the Iowa State Patrol. Krager was allegedly driving recklessly through Ida Grove. In the initial video, Krager appears to be riding alongside another motorcycle. The Deputy had positioned his squad in the middle of the road to force Krager to slow, but Krager impacted the squad head on at approximately 49 MPH, being thrown over the top of the car and into the middle of the highway behind the squad. MORAL: Don't drive like an idiot, and comply with emergency vehicles and pull over. A young motorcyclist's life is cut short over what would have been a simply traffic citation.

Filmed in 1979. This a 1/3rd size R/C Pitts. I got this bird back in 1979. It uses nitro fuel and runs on a belt drive called a Byro Drive. It was one of the first planes offered from Byron Originals in Ida Grove, Iowa. Sadly they no longer manufacture it,(they make only good fuel now)but it was and still is one of my favorite planes. You undoubtedly have seen it in several of my videos hanging in my garage. Well, lots of folks asked if it flies like the FMS simulator I just reviewed? So here are flights from the early days and on National TV with Kelly Lang interviewing me. See for yourself in my ESKY FMS Simulator video, where they did a fair job.
