In-car footage from car #909 WORKS/Evolved Performance Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX RS at Targa Newfoundland 2008. This is Leg 2, Stage 2 (Lewisporte). Unfortunately, this was our last stage of the event. We damaged our bottom end bearings on this stage and did not have a spare motor to put in the car. We were losing power throughout the stage, and if you pay attention to my head-up display you can see the problem get bad enough that the EGT goes off the scale (900 degrees celsius) while I try to drive through the problem.

This is a video of a big thunder storm in Lewisporte Newfoundland and when I got my camera to recorded it, the thunder storm appeared to be ending. We thought the thunder storm was all over with. We hardly hear any thunder because it was so low and quiet. I then went to another window and open it, so I could hear the thunder better. I was about to give up recording but all of a sudden I saw a big lightning bolt, striking down in our drive way between our house and our next door neightbour's house. There was another lighting bolt and the same time further behind our neightbour's house. 2 lighning bolts at the same time. It must Travel throught the clouds so fast and the Thunder was so loud, it was deafening. Me and Mitchell's eardrums almost burst. If the lightning bolt was at least a couple meters closer I might of get hit by lightning and die. The loud thunder made my heart jump and If I had keep recording I might of got strike by lightning through the window or the thunder might sound again and give me a fright and I would of drop the camera the second (2nd) time, Maby on the floor and the camera would break. Thank goodness the First (1st) time I drop the camera in this video I caught the camera just in time if not it would have been broken. My 10 year old brother Mitchell Deering was acting very silly on this movie, that why you could hear him in the background.

This is a Trip To Embree to see the Shipwreck. I lived in Lewisporte, Newfoundland and It takes 7 Km (5 to 10 minutes) to get to Embree. I took moving picture of going to Embree while my friend Jocelyn Hopkins was driving and when we stop at the beach, I got out and took the pictures of the Embree Shipwreck in different angles. We then went to Michael Harbour and took the picture of the Shipwreck far away across the bay, we held up the binoculars (Bushnell Perma Focus 12X50) and put the camera lens in the eye piece of the Binoculars and zoom the camera in so I could get a close up of the Shipwreck from far across the bay. Then we went back to Embree and took a picture of the Shipwreck with the golden light Reflection from the summer sun near 30 to 60 Minutes before sunset.
