This is a video of THE MELVINS that I shot Live at Muddy Waters in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 10, 1991
Line Up:
Buzz Osborne a.k.a (King Buzzo): Guitar / Vocals
Dale Crover: Drums
Joe Preston: Bass
The audio is a little dodgy because the tape was soaked during katrina at my old place in Chalmette, LA. after the levees broke in Aug of 2005.

This TUNGSTEN playing live at Zeppelin's in Metairie, LA. on July 26, 1997. Co-headlining with CHOKE.
Line up:
Al Hodge: Vocals / Guitar
Mark Talamo: Drums
Steve Talamo: Bass
TUNGSTEN started as SAM SNOT in 1985, by the end 1990 they changed their name to TUNGSTEN by 1993 with the help of Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR / DOWN) they landed a record contract with Pavement Music and released "183.85" in Nov. of 1993. The band released "74" in 1995 through a Swedish Label, "The Survival Kit" in 1997 on a Dutch Label, "The Abuse" in 2003 and "If Death Doesn't Change You ... Nothing Will" in 2005 independently.
In August of 2005 Hurricane Katrina destroyed the Gulf Coast and the band's home town of Chalmette, LA - 5 miles outside of downtown New Orleans, felt the worst wrath from the breeching of the levees, sending Al to relocate to Texas for work.
In Sept of 2006 the band felt it had runs it's course and have called it quits.
Al Hodge currently plays with THE MUDDPIGGS and Steve Talamo currently played with WHISKEY SMILE

Raw Video of flooding beyond roof tops in St. Bernard Parish during Katrina. Many think the levees failed after Katrina, but this video shows differently. That is my friend ROCKY at his home! You may have seen him on national news as the guy who pulled a FEMA-like trailer to Washington to visit with George Bush so the New Orleans and Gulf Coast area would not be forgotten. And Rocky, you are a survivor! I am amazed each time I watch this. Rocky, stop and see me next time you come to Knoxville!!
