Kiran (Suhasini V. Nair), a reserved intellectual child, moves from Delhi with her parents to the big ancestral house. She becomes fast friends with the playful, mischievous Delilah (Shrruiti Menon) and Rajan (Syam Seethal), a neighborhood boy. As their friendship grows into adulthood, Kiran comes to terms with her changing feelings for Delilah. Uncomfortable with her physical desires, she agrees to help Rajan woo Delilah by sending passionate letters. Delilah, unconvinced by Rajan's efforts, discovers Kiran's true feelings for her and what follows is a romance that liberates both woman. When the relationship is uncovered, it sends Delilah's family into panic mode, as they quickly plan for an arranged marriage.

Delhi showed its cruel prejudice against the girl child, once again, on Saturday night. Right in the heart of the city, a 5-day-old baby girl was thrown out of a moving car near Gole Market. However, the infant was rescued by a pavement dweller. Mona, the rescuer of the unwanted infant, had seen the occupants of a white Maruti car throw out a black cloth bag.
